Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors in The House Of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs will not touch you. 
They will however get very, very close!!

Does The House Of Horrors And Haunted Catacombs accept Credit Cards?
No. But You may purchase tickets with a credit card online on our website.

I just bought my ticket online, do I still have to wait in the ticket line  when I get to the haunted house? 
No, you will be able to skip the often lengthy ticket line and pick your  tickets up directly at the will call window.

Are there any age restrictions?
The House of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs are recommended for adults and teenagers. Children under 10 should be accompanied by adult. Carrying young  children through is NOT recommended. There are no refunds if anyone decides  not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits located throughout  the haunts in case anyone is too scared to finish!

Where Can I Find Coupons?

Coupons can be found at participating sponsor locations:

Mighty Taco, KFC, Pizza Hut, Supercuts, Dunn Tire, Zoom Tan, Majestic Pools and Spas

Is There a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We do use fog machines. If at any time the smoke is too intense there are  emergency exits located throughout the haunts.

Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use strobe lights occasionally through the haunts.

Is it Dark?
There are many areas throughout the Haunts that are very dark.

Are you open if it Rains?
Yes. All the haunts, ticket booths and que lines are all located indoors In our Giant facility!!

Once we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A New ticket is required for each visit.

Do you have hotels in your area?
Yes. We are located minutes from the buffalo international airport, and the Walden Galleria mall, where there are plenty of hotels!

Do you have security?
Yes. The House Of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs always have off duty Police Officers on the premises. We seldom have any problems, but they are there just in case!

Can we be thrown out of the attractions for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow touching of our actors, props, foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior. alcohol etc. We Have a list of rules, and if they are broken you will be removed and or prosecuted. If asked to leave there will be no 
refunds.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No. And they are not allowed on the premises.

Is Smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Can we Take photos?
You are free to take photos anywhere in the lobby with your friends and our monsters, but absolutely no photography or video is allowed inside the haunts!

What Can't we bring inside the haunts?
Food Drinks, Lighters, book bags, weapons, cameras, laser pointers, and flashlights! Cell phones and lighters may NOT be used to light your way through and will subject you to removal.

Are The attractions the same as last year?
Absolutely NOT!! The House Of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs is all new for 2018! Each haunt has been redesigned with new props, rooms, and special effects. This will be the best House Of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs you have ever seen!!!
