Q- Is 7 Floors of Hell open rain for shine?
A- Yes World of Nightmare is open rain or shine and has several covered waiting areas!

Q-Is it Scary?
A-Of course, but you will have fun at the same time.

Q-What is the best time to arrive?
A- A little before or as close to our 7:00pm start time as possible. Early is always better to beat the crowds.

Q-Does 7 Floors of Hell have Security?
A-Yes, the event is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Police Officers. World of Nightmares has a Zero Tolerance policy for Trouble Makers. Trouble Makers will be ejected from the park without refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!

Q-Does World of Nightmares serve or allow alcoholic beverages?
A-NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed nor do we serve any!

Q-Will the monsters touch me?
A-The theory is that if you don't touch them, they won't touch you. Bear in mind that this is a work in progress and doesn't always go according to plan! Of course, in the darker areas, something may accidentally bump into you but our cast members will not grab you. You may be grabbed by one of the members of your own group who is too terrified to continue without your help.

Q-Can I bring my kids?
A-We recommend that children 10 or under should be accompanied by an adult but, you as the parent must make the judgment call as you know your child best.

Q-How long does it take to go through A Haunted house?
A- World of Nightmares has 10 haunted houses all at 1 location depending on the person it varies, to see the hole show takes on average around 2 hours.

Q-Do you give group discounts?
A-Yes! Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more when arrangements are made in advance.

Q-Is photography allowed?
A-Sorry, but no. There are many reasons for this including that a flash or strobe will temporarily blind our actors, it disrupts the other guest's experience, pausing to take pictures slows down the line behind you and infrared will probably show you areas we don't particularly want you to see! Video cameras are NOT permitted anywhere in World of Nightmares without our prior written consent!

Q-Is it the same as last year?
A-Absolutely not! The World of Nightmares changes most scenes every year so that we can provide a uniquely terrifying experience. We do keep some of our more popular elements due to public demand. But are goal each year is to bring back a hole new show!

Q-Is it as good as last year?
A-As a matter of fact, it is much better than last year! Believe it or not, we love to scare you. It's fun for us so we virtually spend all year designing and building new settings and effects for your pleasure. If you liked us last year, you'll absolutely love it this year.
